My husband and I have been working with Jen for our personal training sessions since October 2015. We love it! While my husband and I have very different needs and goals, Jen is able to customize a fitness program to meet both of our needs simultaneously.  Jen is never late for our appointments and is always positive and upbeat - setting the tone for a great workout!  Whether you are a beginner or looking to take your workout to the next level, let Jen help get you there!

I contacted Jen to help me get strong enough to go back to my usual hardcore workouts after recovering from leg injuries. I was finished with physical therapy but my usual fitness classes and daily activities were still too much for me. Jen researched exercises and planned workouts that would help me become stronger without more setbacks. She is fun to work with and she kept me on track, not allowing me to do too much and always keeping my goals in mind. I recommend her to anyone who is working on becoming more active.

"I have known Jen for just over a year and what started as a fast friendship, changed once she learned of my desire to shed some weight and compete in a “Biggest Loser” challenge. Jen immediately switched gears and became my coach, cheerleader, and greatest support.  During this time, she worked closely with me on a daily basis, encouraging me, writing goals and fitness programs, even calling or texting me to check in on my day or just give me some thoughtful encouragement.  She also did not hesitate, whenever necessary, to give me the push I needed to keep going.  

Jen’s knowledge of health and fitness not only helped me learn a safe and effective way to go about diet and exercise, but she pushed me outside of my comfort zone and allowed me to challenge myself in order to reach my goals.  Jen did all of this while trying to obtain her own set of goals and never once lost sight of mine or the opportunity to be there for me, stay positive and constantly guide me along the way. Jen taught me the tools I needed to be a healthier and happier me.  She also helped me achieve winning that “Biggest Loser“ challenge!

My own success is a direct result of the successful person Jen is and at what she does.  I have no doubt that anyone lucky enough to have Jen as their personal trainer will be more than pleased with her ability to help them reach their desired results or change their lives for the better."
